If you possess the skills and abilities to teach continuing education, pre-licensing, or non-credit courses, we would like to meet you. This is a great way to bring in extra revenue doing something you love. You choose your hours and only teach where and when you want to. You will be considered a contractor, not an employee.
To become an instructor at PDI, you must have at least two years of teaching or convey subject matter expertise and any other relevant experience.
Current Teaching Opportunities:
We are currently seeking instructors to teach or write courses for the following topics:
- DC Fair Housing (Must have attended the train a train session from the DC Real Estate Commission)
- DC Ethics
- DC Law Review
- DC Legislative Update
- Interesting 1.5 Hour classes taught in Wheaton and sorrounding areas.
Part Office Assistant.
We are looking for a long term part-time office assistant to work about 20 hours a week. This is a great way to bring in extra income doing something you love and helping fellow Real Estate professionals.
Enroll students in classes and provide customer support to our students, instructors, and other clients.
Prepare course materials such as completion certificates, course evaluation forms, and sign in sheets prior to a class.
Report course completions through State portals.
